Registration Policy

Manual Therapy Study Group: Upon registration your name will be added to the mailing list announcing upcoming study group sessions. At this time, these sessions are typically the 2nd Thursday of February, May, September, and November from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room in my office building.

One-Hour Individual Mentoring Session: Upon registration, Bob will contact you to arrange a date for the session. If you have any questions prior to registration, then use the Contact page to leave a message.

Small Group Mentoring Package: Upon registration, the dates for each session will be determined by the group once all the slots are filled. All registration fees will be refunded if you cannot attend the agreed upon dates. If you have any questions or would like to indicate an interest to attend future sessions, then use the Contact page to leave a message.

Cancellation Policy

Students should be registered and paid in full prior to either the One-Hour Individual Mentoring Session or the Small Group Mentoring Package.

One-Hour Individual Mentoring Session: A full refund of registration fees will be issued if the session is cancelled by Robert Cohen or the registrant.

Small Group Mentoring Package: Confirmation for the Small Group Mentoring Package will occur 30 days prior to the first session. The Small Group Mentoring Package may be cancelled if there are insufficient registrants due to students dropping out prior to the start the first session - although every effort will be made not to do so. Robert Cohen is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to course cancellation. A full refund of registration fees will be issued if the course is cancelled by Robert Cohen. Refunds of registration fees will be considered if events beyond my control cause a course that is in progress to be interrupted. Cancellations will be posted on our website and will be sent to the email address on file of all participants.

To receive a full refund of registration fees, less a $100 administration fee, a registrant should submit a request in writing 30 days prior to the start date of the first session.

If a registrant is unable to attend 1 or more of the sessions, they might be able to make up the missed session in a future Small Group Mentoring Package if circumstances allow.

COVID-19 Policy

  • Mask wearing will be optional at this time.

  • There will not be full social distancing between lecture desks and treatment tables.

  • All desks and treatment tables will be sanitized before class, disinfecting products will be available, and hand sanitizer will be provided.

  • We will also keep monitoring the current situation regarding COVID-19 and will make changes to the safety protocol if necessary.
